Cascade Medical Specialties was founded in 2013  as a small family business in the greater Portland metropolitan area.  Since then, we have expanded with team members now operating in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. We offer a variety of services for spine clinics such as: total disc replacement (TDR) products, multiple spine surgical systems, spine implants, and DME services (bone growth stimulation and bracing).
